Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 (15.5oz) cans S&W® White Beans (drained, rinsed)
  • 1/2 pound cooked ham, chopped (about 2 cups)
  • 1 (14.5oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves
  • 1 (32oz) carton 33% less sodium, fat-free chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

Heat oil in Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook 5 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Add all remaining ingredients except salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
