In 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Stir in sweet potatoes and seasoning. Cook 5 to 7minutes, stirring often, until tender and beginning to brown. Stir in beans, honey and lime juice. Cook 1 to 2 minutes longer, until coated and heated through. Spoon about 1/3 cup filling in each warmed tortilla. Serve with additional toppings if desired.
