In small bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, jalapenos and lime juice. Spread evenly on tortillas to within 1 inch of edges. Top each with spinach leaves. Arrange turkey, beans, tomato, onion and avocado on lower half of each tortilla. Fold in sides. Roll up from bottom.
Tips: You can use cooked chicken in these easy wraps. You could use leftover turkey or chicken, or purchase it from the deli.
To make these wraps ahead of time, wrap each one individually in waxed paper and refrigerate up to 4 hours. For easy serving, leave in waxed paper and cut in half.
