In large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add lamb; cook and stir 5 to 8 minutes or until browned. Stir in curry paste. In 3 1/2 to 4 1/2-quart slow cooker, layer onion, carrots, potatoes and lamb. Pour water over the top. Cover; cook 7 to 9 hours on Low heat setting or until vegetables and meat are tender. 30 minutes before serving, turn heat to High. Mix broth and flour until smooth. Stir into stew. Stir in garbanzo beans. Cover; cook 30 minutes or until mixture boils and thickens.
Tip: This savory stew is delicious as is, or topped with a dollop of plain Greek yogurt.
