In 10 to 12-inch cast iron or heavy skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low. Remove bacon to small bowl; discard all but 1 tablespoon of the bacon drippings. Add garlic to bacon drippings in pan. Cook and stir 1 minute. Stir in tomatoes. Cook over medium heat 1 to 2 minutes or until simmering. Stir in all remaining ingredients except bacon. Bring to a boil. Cook 5 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Stir in bacon.
