  • Fresh thyme, if desired

Ingredients

  • 1 (15oz) can S&W® New Orleans Style Savory Sides (do not drain)
  • 1 cup diced cooked chicken (about 4oz)
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • Fresh thyme, if desired

Directions

In medium nonstick saucepan, bring 1 ΒΌ cups broth to a boil. Stir in rice; cover and cook 5 minutes. Stir in red beans, chicken, tomato, hot sauce and remaining broth. Cook until rice is tender and mixture is thoroughly heated. Top with fresh thyme.

Tip: Pass the bottle of hot sauce so diners can season to their personal preference.
