In medium nonstick saucepan, bring 1 ¼ cups broth to a boil. Stir in rice; cover and cook 5 minutes. Stir in red beans, chicken, tomato, hot sauce and remaining broth. Cook until rice is tender and mixture is thoroughly heated. Top with fresh thyme.
Tip: Pass the bottle of hot sauce so diners can season to their personal preference.
