In a 12-inch skillet, cook sausage over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes, until meat is no longer pink, stirring frequently to break up meat; drain to remove excess fat.
Add beans, cheese and milk; reduce heat to medium-low and cook 5 to 6 minutes, stirring often, until cheese is melted. Stir in tomatoes; cook, stirring until thoroughly combined and heated through. Serve with chips, crackers or vegetable dippers.
