Heat oven to 350°F. Grease or butter 13×9-inch (3-quart) baking dish. Place cake mix and butter in food processor bowl. Cover; pulse 5 or 6 times until mixture is crumbly. Pour in medium bowl; stir in rolled oats. Set aside.
In same food processor bowl, place beans and 1/4 cup of the condensed milk. Cover; process 20 seconds or until completely smooth. Add remaining condensed milk, pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. Cover; pulse 5 or 6 times or until smooth. Pour into dish. Sprinkle crumbly mixture over the top; sprinkle with pecans. Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean and topping is deep golden brown. Cool at least 30 minutes to serve warm in small dessert bowls. Or cool 2 hours to serve cold and cut in squares. Store covered in refrigerator.
Tip: Serve warm dessert with vanilla ice cream, or serve cold dessert with whipped cream.
*If 9oz box of yellow cake mix is unavailable, substitute 1 3/4 cups yellow cake mix from regular size box of cake mix.
