  • 4oz very soft cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1/4 cup very soft butter
  • 4oz very soft cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 15x10x1-inch baking pan with sides. Place beans and 1/4 cup milk in food processor bowl. Cover; process 10 to 20 seconds or until smooth. In large mixing bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and pumpkin pie spice with electric mixer on low speed until mixed. Add beans, eggs, oil and pumpkin; beat on low speed until moistened. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Spread evenly in pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely, about 1 hour.

In small mixing bowl, beat all frosting ingredients on low speed until mixed, adding powdered sugar until frosting is desired consistency. Beat on medium speed until smooth and creamy. Spread over cooled bars. Cut 6×4 into bars. Store leftovers in refrigerator.

Tip: For a fun decoration, top each bar with a candy pumpkin. You could also mix a small amount of green frosting and pipe on vines.
