Heat broiler. For easy cleanup, line bottom of broiler pan with foil. Spray broiler rack with cooking spray. Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Brush both sides with oil and sprinkle with desired amount of pepper. Place on broiler rack. Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat 12 to 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center and thermometer inserted in thickest part reads 165°F, turning once.
Meanwhile, in 1 & 1/2-quart saucepan, mix corn, tomatoes and cornstarch. Cook over medium-high heat until mixture boils. Reduce heat; simmer 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in beans and onions. Cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated.
Spoon salsa on 4 serving plates. Top with chicken and sprinkle with cilantro. Season to taste.
Tip: For a change, chicken can be seasoned with your favorite poultry seasonings.
