Ingredients

  • 1 (15oz) can S&W® White Beans (drained, rinsed)
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

Place all ingredients in food processor. Cover; process 20 to 30 seconds or until smooth, stopping once and scraping sides if necessary.

Serving Suggestion:
Top this dip with chopped peanuts or grated dark chocolate. Serve this protein-packed sweet hummus with apple slices or graham crackers.
This dip also works well as a sandwich spread.
