Ingredients

  • 8 oz sliced bacon, chopped

  • 4 (15.5oz) cans S&W® White Beans (drained, rinsed)
  • 1/3 cup molasses
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 bay leaves

Directions

Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 2 & 1/2-quart baking dish with cooking spray. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook bacon and onion over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until bacon is crisp and onion is tender. Stir in garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Drain if desired.

In baking dish, mix beans, bacon mixture and all remaining ingredients. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly, stirring occasionally. Remove bay leaves.
