In large bowl, combine all ingredients except lettuce; toss to coat. Serve immediately or refrigerate several hours to overnight to chill and blend flavors. Line platter or bowl with romaine lettuce leaves. Spoon salad over lettuce.

Tip: You can purchase frozen grilled chicken cubes, or grill 2 chicken breasts, or use leftover grilled chicken in this salad.
