  • 1 (15oz) can S&W® Southwest Style Savory Sides (do not drain)
  • 6 cups tortilla chips (about 6oz)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 6oz smoked chorizo, diced (2 links)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 (15oz) can S&W® Southwest Style Savory Sides (do not drain)
  • 6 cups tortilla chips (about 6oz)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 6oz smoked chorizo, diced (2 links)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup salsa

Directions

Pour beans in medium microwaveable bowl. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on High 1 minute or until heated. Place 1/3 of the chips on a large microwavable plate. Top with 1/3 of the cheese. Microwave on High 30 seconds or until melted. Top with 1/3 of the beans and 1/3 of the chorizo. Microwave for another 30 to 45 seconds or until hot. Top with lettuce, sour cream and salsa. Repeat twice with remaining ingredients, making 2 more plates of nachos.

Tip: If you are serving these flavorful nachos as an appetizer, serve one plate and microwave the second and third plates later to have a continuous supply of hot appetizers.
