In a small saucepan, heat beans over medium heat, 5-6 minutes, until heated through; keep warm. In a large skillet heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat; heat tortillas in skillet, one at a time for 30 seconds, until heated through; set aside.
Add remaining oil to skillet and cook eggs as desired (sunny side up or over easy).
Place each tortilla on a plate. Divide warm beans evenly among tortillas. Top each with one egg.
Sprinkle avocado and tomato over each serving. Season as desired.
Serving Suggestion: Top servings with cilantro, crumbled feta or goat cheese and siracha hot sauce. Serve with juice or fruit for a complete breakfast.
