In 3-quart saucepan, cook ground beef, onion and garlic over medium-high heat 5 to 8 minutes or until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring to break up ground beef. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Cook 15 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring once.
SLOW COOKER PREPARATION:
Spray 3 to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In 10-inch skillet, cook ground beef, onion and garlic over medium-high heat 5 to 8 minutes or until beef is thoroughly cooked. Pour into slow cooker. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Cover; cook on Low heat setting 3 to 4 hours or until temperature in center of food is at least 165°F.
