Ingredients

  • 1 cup refrigerated coconut milk (not canned)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana, cut in chunks
  • 1 (15.5oz) can S&W® White Beans (drained, rinsed)
  • 1 (5oz) package ready-to-use baby kale and/or spinach

Ingredients

  • 1 cup refrigerated coconut milk (not canned)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana, cut in chunks
  • 1 (15.5oz) can S&W® White Beans (drained, rinsed)
  • 1 (5oz) package ready-to-use baby kale and/or spinach

Directions

Place all ingredients in order given in blender container, adding half of the kale. Cover; blend on High speed for 10 seconds. Add remaining kale and blend another 10 seconds or until smooth. Stop machine and scrape sides once if necessary.

Tips: The fruit adds natural sweetness to these healthy smoothies. If you like yours a little sweeter, add 1 tablespoon honey.
For slushier smoothies, you can partially freeze the pineapple and banana before blending.
You can also use regular cow’s milk or almond milk for these smoothies.
