  • 1 (15.5oz) can S&W® Garbanzos, Low Sodium (drained, rinsed)
  • 3 tablespoons chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Ingredients

Directions

In food processor, combine all ingredients. Cover; process 30 to 60 seconds or until desired texture. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
