Cook pasta as directed on package. Drain, reserving 1 cup of the cooking water; keep warm.
Meanwhile, heat oil in deep 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook garlic 2 to 3 minutes, stirring often until tender. Transfer garlic to a blender or food processor; add chicken broth and beans. Blend until smooth. Pour sauce back into skillet and cook over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes, until heated through, stirring frequently. Stir in warm pasta and toss to coat. If desired, correct consistency with a few tablespoons of the pasta water. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
Serving Suggestion: Top individual servings with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh basil or parsley.
