Heat oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion. Cook 10 minutes or until golden brown and tender, stirring occasionally. Add balsamic, salt & paprika and cook 2 minutes longer.
Place beans in food processor, and add caramelized onion mixture. Cover; process 20 to 40 seconds or until smooth. Spoon into serving dish; sprinkle with parsley. Serve with chips or vegetable dippers.
