  • 1/3 cup thick caramel ice cream topping
  • 1 tablespoon frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Ingredients

  • 1 (15.5oz) can S&W® Garbanzos (drained, rinsed)
  • 1/3 cup thick caramel ice cream topping
  • 1 tablespoon frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

In food processor, combine beans, caramel topping, apple juice concentrate and vanilla. Cover; process 30 to 45 seconds or until smooth. Spoon into bowl. If desired, drizzle with a little more caramel sauce.

Serve with apple slices.

Tips: Add an additional tablespoon of apple juice concentrate if thinner consistency is desired. You can also use graham crackers or vanilla wafers, or your favorite crisp cookie/cracker for dippers.
