Ingredients

  • (20oz) lean (93%) ground turkey
  • 1 medium yellow or green bell pepper, chopped (1 cup)
  • 1 small onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 (15oz) cans S&W® Cannellini Beans (drained, rinsed)
  • 1 (14.5oz) can diced tomatoes with green chiles (do not drain)
  • 1 (15oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (4oz) can diced green chilies (do not drain)
  • 1/2 cup water

Ingredients

  • (20oz) lean (93%) ground turkey

Directions

In medium nonstick Dutch oven or deep 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook turkey, bell pepper, onion, garlic, chili powder and cumin over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink, stirring to break up turkey. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring once; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 10 minutes.

Tip: You can substitute lean ground beef for the turkey.

Serving Suggestion: Serve this chili with shredded Cheddar cheese and fresh cilantro.
