Ingredients

  • 1 (15oz) can S&W® Tuscan Style Savory Sides (do not drain)
  • 1 cup chicken stock or broth
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons purchased pesto
  • 2 teaspoons diced seeded tomato

Directions

In medium saucepan, mash beans in sauce with a fork. Stir in stock. Cook over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. Pour into 2 soup bowls. Top each serving with a dollop of sour cream, pesto and a few tomatoes.

Tip: Serve this hearty soup with a green salad or with a sandwich for a heartier meal.
