Over 15g of Protein
Heat oven to 425° F. In small saucepan, heat beans, tomato paste and taco seasoning over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring often until well combined. Spread half of the bean mixture evenly over each pizza crust to within 1 inch of the edge of crust. Sprinkle ½ cup of cheese over each pizza; top each with half of pulled pork, breaking up any large pieces. Sprinkle remaining cheese over each pizza. Bake 15 to18 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
Serving Suggestion: If desired, pizza can be topped with chopped lettuce for coolness and crunch. Also try adding cilantro or pickles.
