Ingredients

  • 4 strips bacon, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 1 apple, cored, chopped
  • 3 (15oz) cans S&W® European Soldier Beans (drained, rinsed)
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard

Ingredients

Directions

Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 2 to 2 1/2-quart baking dish with cooking spray. In medium skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp, stirring frequently. Reduce heat; add onion and apple. Cook 4 to 5 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently. In large bowl, mix bacon mixture, beans, syrup, vinegar, ketchup and mustard. Spoon into baking dish. Bake 45 minutes or until bubbly and thoroughly heated.
