Heat oven to 375°F. Spread oats in shallow baking pan. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown, stirring once or twice. Allow to cool. Pour in food processor. Cover; process 10 seconds or until finely chopped. Pour into medium bowl. Add beans, peanut butter, honey and vanilla to food processor. Cover; process 10 to 15 seconds or until smooth. Stir mixture into oats. Stir in wheat germ, chocolate chips and cranberries. Form into 32 balls, about 1 1/4-inches. Refrigerate until firm, about 15 minutes. Store in refrigerator.
Tip: If you are pressed for time, you can skip toasting the oats, but it adds a nice toasty flavor to the treats.
