In food processor bowl, combine beans, onion, bell pepper, egg, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, breadcrumbs, jalapeno, cumin, salt and pepper. Cover; pulse 4 or 5 times or until finely chopped and well combined. Form mixture into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties, using about 1/2 cup mixture for each.
Heat oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Carefully add patties. Cook 4 to 5 minutes or until browned. With wide spatula, turn over; cook 4 to 5 minutes longer or until browned and temperature in center of patties is 165°F. Top with cheese slices during last minute of cooking. On bun bottoms, place lettuce. Top with burgers, tomato slices and bun tops. Garnish with pickle slices.
