Ingredients

  • 1 (8oz) package 1/3-less-fat (Neufchatel) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup light sour cream
  • 1 (15.5oz) can S&W® Chili Beans (drained and 1 tablespoon of sauce reserved)
  • 1 (1oz) package 25% less sodium taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded or chopped lettuce
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 (8oz) package 1/3-less-fat (Neufchatel) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup light sour cream
  • 1 (15.5oz) can S&W® Chili Beans (drained and 1 tablespoon of sauce reserved)
  • 1 (1oz) package 25% less sodium taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded or chopped lettuce
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

In a medium bowl or food processor, combine cream cheese, sour cream, 1 tablespoon of reserved bean sauce, ¼ cup of beans, and taco seasoning. Mix well or process 10 seconds until thoroughly blended.
Spread cream cheese mixture over center of large rimmed serving platter. Top with remaining drained chili beans, lettuce, tomato and shredded cheese. Refrigerate until serving time if desired.

Serving Suggestion:
This is a pretty layered dip that can be served with chips or crackers. Additional toppings such as black olives can be added if desired.
