In medium bowl, mix avocado, tomato, onions, cilantro and lime juice. Spread each tortilla with about 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese spread. Spoon 1/4 of the beans and avocado mix on the bottom half of each tortilla, leaving about 2 inches at the bottom. Fold the bottom up over the filling. Fold in the sides and roll up firmly. Cut in half to eat. Serve with salsa for dipping if desired.
